Most furniture can be reupholstered.  The question is if your particular piece is worth the cost to you, that all depends on sturdiness, comfort, and how it fits your space and style.

We pride ourselves on making you happy the first time.  If something should arise based on workmanship, we are always happy to make it better.  The fabric we supply generally offers a lifetime warranty.  If you supply your own fabric that may not be the case, and we can't warranty fabric or other materials that we didn't supply.
